Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Hazelle

At Hazelle, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect product received

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/images).

Subject to availability, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (as these may occur due to lighting and screen differences)


5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at "swanprimelifestyle@gmail.com" with your order details

  2. Share images/video.

  3. Our team will review and approve the request

  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged or instructions will be provided


6. Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup is free for damaged/defective/wrong items

  • For other returns, a nominal return shipping fee may apply

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled


8. Important Notes

  • Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for any damage claims

  • Hazelle reserves the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the above conditions
